Tesco Steel designs and builds overhead travelling cranes matched to the structure they run in — girder sizing, end carriages, rails, and runway beams are all engineered together rather than fitted after the fact.
Because fabrication and erection are handled by the same team that produced the building, crane loads are accounted for in the structural design from day one — avoiding retrofit reinforcement and misaligned runways.

Site & Load Survey
We measure the bay, review existing structure, and confirm rated load, span, lift height, and duty class.

Engineering & Drawings
Structural and mechanical drawings are produced in-house and issued for client approval before cutting steel.

Fabrication
Girders and carriages are fabricated, welded, and finished under supervised quality checks at our facility.

Erection & Alignment
Our crews install runway beams, set rails to tolerance, and assemble the crane on site.

Testing & Handover
Load testing, travel and brake checks, and documented handover to your maintenance team.
